54 SEMI-DETACHED VILLAS IN CONDOMINIUM WITH POOL AND COMMON AREAS IN CABANES – TORRELASAL (CASTELLÓN), NEXT TO MARINA D'OR

 

This quality report describes the characteristics and materials that will correspond to the promotion of 54 semi-detached houses Playa Torre la Sal distributed in 2 phases of 27 houses each.

 

The garage space is located on the surface within the housing plot.

The promotion has a community pool illuminated with led inside, with a toilet area.

 

The houses have access from the interior or exterior street, a toilet, an American kitchen and a living-dining room with a façade and access to the private area on the ground floor and with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. There are also four houses with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. In this case, a bedroom and a bathroom are located on the ground floor.

 

STRUCTURE AND MASONRY
