Today we want to talk to you about one of the cheapest sustainable air conditioning models, the aerothermy.
In addition to being an economical system, aerothermal energy is good for the environment, since it obtains sustainable energy (with zero CO2 emissions); reducing the carbon footprint and providing the home with 4 kWh of energy for every kWh it consumes.
With it, you can have heating, cooling and hot water in a single system and it is four times more efficient than a gas boiler.
It is suitable for single-family homes and buildings; and the useful life of this equipment is around 25 years.
The only disadvantage that it currently presents is the high cost of the investment required for its installation, but now you can enjoy the benefits of its installation without added cost. How? You may be wondering. Keep reading and we'll tell you more.
Where does the energy come from in the aerothermy?
Aerothermal energy is based on thermodynamics, the heat pump fan captures air from outside and introduces it into the refrigerant circuit.
The air transfers its heat to the refrigerant liquid that evaporates. The resulting gas circulates through the compressor, which increases the pressure and therefore the temperature.
This hot gas transfers its energy by heating the heating circuit of the house. This heat is also used to heat water and can be used for underfloor heating.
As the water cools, it returns through the loop, cooling the refrigerant and returning the gas in the loop to its liquid state. Once cold, the refrigerant liquid returns to the beginning of the circuit to capture heat from the ambient energy again.
This process would be used for heating and hot water; If, on the other hand, we are looking for cooling, the process would be the same, but in reverse, capturing the heat from the rooms and expelling it to the outside air.
How to enjoy Aerothermal energy at no added cost?
Inseryal by Marina d'Or, with more than 40 years of experience in the construction sector, has decided to bet on this clean, renewable and economic energy.
Our aerothermal equipment is like another household appliance, requiring hardly any maintenance.
Each unit is private, being accessible only from the house itself. This allows you to unplug the equipment and avoid its consumption when you are not at home.
The aerothermal equipment has a capacity of 150 liters of water compared to the 90 liters of a conventional electric water heater, and its autonomy of hot water is greater.
As you can see, all are advantages in the use and enjoyment of this clean and renewable energy.
If you want an apartment on the beachfront (Ciudad Jardín apartments), or 379 meters from it (Sol y Mar apartments), which is also beautiful, well located and with clean and environmentally friendly energy, this is your opportunity.
In addition, in the Ciudad Jardín apartments, you will find your apartment fully furnished, decorated and equipped; something that you can also have in the Sol y Mar apartments with the Quality Memory Plus.
Do not think twice and leave us your information, your apartment is waiting for you.
