In 1983, the COMERVI SL trademark was established in the city of Castellón de la Plana, Spain. 

With more than 25,000 homes built in Spain, we have become one of the most recognized companies, generating excellent reviews among buyers. 

Currently, under the new brand Inseryal by MARINA D'OR, our architects and engineers have renovated the buildings with modern, durable and sustainable projects, in line with the current times; In this way, we expanded the sale of homes in Spain to the entire European market, especially to Ireland, France, the United Kingdom, Romania, Poland and Germany. 

These new construction homes are located in Oropesa del Mar, Cabanes and Castellón, between Barcelona and Valencia, facing the Mediterranean Sea, where you can enjoy more than 300 sunny days a year. 

In addition, our company has built 3, 4 and 5 star hotels, shopping centers, leisure parks, industrial warehouses, urbanizations with areas for 100,000 residents.

We have completed the construction of several buildings in recent times, each with its own unique characteristics. First of all, the Miramar Building It has a total of 278 apartments, offering ample space for urban life.

The Garden City Building 1, composed of 193 apartments, has been successfully completed and delivered, guaranteeing the satisfaction of its owners.

The Garden City Building 2, which consists of 201 apartments, has been a work financed both with its own funds and with the financial support of TQ EUROCREDIT. Currently, this building is at 100% of its construction and is in the process of deed writing, ensuring a smooth transition process for its future owners.

As for the Garden City Building 3, which has 196 apartments, is scheduled to begin construction in early 2024.

Additionally, we are excited to present our most recent project, the SOL Y MAR apartments, which went on sale in July 2023. This project will be promoted and marketed by INSERYAL SL, and construction is scheduled to begin in 2024. The SOL Y MAR apartments will offer a modern design and a wide variety of housing typologies, adapting to the needs of various buyers.

Finally, it is important to highlight that our company currently has enough land to develop more than 1,000 homes in future projects, which allows us to continue contributing to the growth and development of our community.
